Особое внимание уделено реформе пороговых значений задолженности 2024 года, расширению прав контролирующих лиц и актуальным позициям Верховного Суда РФ по вопросам оспаривания сделок и субсидиарной ответственности.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the analysis of systemic problems in bankruptcy legislation. Particular attention is paid to the 2024 reform of debt thresholds, the expansion of the rights of controlling persons, and the current positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the issues of challenging transactions and vicarious liability.
