Выявлены особенности развития законодательства о ренте в дореволюционный, советский и современный периоды.

The summary in English: In this article, the author analyzes the periods of development of domestic legislation regulating the institution of rent in domestic civil law, and identifies the main periods of development of legislation. The article reveals the features of the development of legislation on rent in the pre-revolutionary, Soviet, and modern periods.
