Исследуется применение наследственного договора на разных этапах развития зарубежных стран. Рассмотрена история наследственного договора в России.

The summary in English: The article traces the history of the development of the institute of inheritance contract. The stages from the period of the Roman Empire to the present are considered. The application of the inheritance contract at different stages of the development of foreign countries is investigated. The history of the inheritance contract in Russia is considered.
