Аннотация на русском языке: Статья исследует актуальные проблемы охраны труда в Российской Федерации, основываясь на данных официальных источников: Роструда, Росстата, а также нормативно‑правовых актах и постановлениях. Основное внимание уделяется динамике травматизма, региональным и отраслевым различиям, регуляторной базе и уровню внедрения риск‑ориентированного подхода в системах управления охраной труда. Анализируются влияние импортозамещающих процессов и внешних факторов на обновление техники, доступность средств защиты и эффективность контроля за соблюдением требований охраны труда.

The summary in English: The article examines current occupational health and safety issues in the Russian Federation, drawing on data from official sources such as Rostrud and Rosstat, as well as regulatory legal acts and decrees. Primary focus is placed on injury dynamics, regional and sectoral differences, the regulatory framework, and the implementation rate of the risk-based approach in occupational health and safety management systems. The study analyzes the impact of import substitution processes and external factors on equipment modernization, the availability of personal protective equipment, and the effectiveness of compliance monitoring in occupational health and safety.
