Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена исследованию понятия, значения и системы принципов административного судопроизводства в Российской Федерации. Анализируется нормативное закрепление принципов в Кодексе административного судопроизводства РФ, рассматриваются различные подходы к их классификации, сложившиеся в отечественной правовой науке. Особое внимание уделяется выделению уровней принципов: общеправовых, межотраслевых (общепроцессуальных) и специальных. Автор приходит к выводу о системном характере принципов административного судопроизводства и их определяющей роли для всего механизма судебной защиты прав граждан в сфере публичных правоотношений.
The summary in English: This article examines the concept, significance, and system of principles governing administrative judicial proceedings in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the statutory embodiment of these principles in the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure of the Russian Federation and reviews various approaches to their classification found in domestic legal scholarship. Particular attention is paid to distinguishing between different levels of principles: general legal, inter-branch (general procedural), and special principles. The author concludes that the principles of administrative judicial proceedings constitute a coherent system and play a decisive role in the overall mechanism for the judicial protection of citizens' rights within the sphere of public legal relations.
