Аннотация на русском языке: Проанализировано влияние санкций и институциональных ограничений на бизнес Российской федерации в период с 2022 по текущий год. В работе рассмотрены основные события произошедшие за последние 5 лет: рост ключевой ставки и удорожание кредитов, нарушение логистических цепочек и увеличение транзакционных издержек. Отдельное внимание уделяется пострадавшим отраслям: автомобилестроению и авиастроению, а также цифровым платформам и медиасервисам. В конце работы делается вывод о состоянии экономики в РФ.

The summary in English: The impact of sanctions and institutional constraints on the business of the Russian Federation from 2022 to the present year has been analyzed. The study examines the key events that have occurred over the past five years: the increase in the key interest rate and the rise in the cost of credit, the disruption of logistics chains, and the increase in transaction costs. Special attention is paid to the affected industries: automotive and aircraft manufacturing, as well as digital platforms and media services. The paper concludes with an assessment of the state of the economy in the Russian Federation.
