Аннотация на русском языке: В данной статье раскрывается смысл разных видов судебных актов в гражданском процессе: решение, судебный приказ и определение суда. Указывается их правовая сущность, основные признаки, порядок вынесения, порядок обжалования, в том числе апелляционного обжалования в соответствии с действующим Гражданским Кодексом Российской Федерации (далее – ГК РФ) и Гражданским Процессуальным Кодексом Российской Федерации ( далее – ГПК РФ).

The summary in English: This article reveals the meaning of different types of judicial acts in civil proceedings: a decision, a court order and a court ruling. Their legal nature, main features, the procedure for pronouncing, and the procedure for appealing, including appeals, are indicated in accordance with the current Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the CPC RF).
