Аннотация на русском языке: В статье проведен анализ признаков субъективной стороны и субъекта преступления. Выявлены отдельные проблемы субъективных признаков хулиганства. Особое внимание уделено мотивации хулиганского побуждения.

The summary in English: This article presents an analysis of the subjective elements and the perpetrator of the crime. Specific issues concerning the subjective characteristics of hooliganism are identified. Particular attention is given to the motivation behind hooligan behavior.
