Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена анализу гражданско-правового регулирования суррогатного материнства и иных форм вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий в Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются особенности правового статуса участников соответствующих правоотношений, проблемы договорного оформления, а также вопросы защиты интересов ребенка. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования самостоятельной гражданско-правовой модели регулирования суррогатного материнства с учетом межотраслевого характера данных отношений.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the analysis of civil law regulation of surrogacy and other forms of assisted reproductive technologies in the Russian Federation. The features of the legal status of the participants in the relevant legal relations, the problems of contractual registration, as well as issues of protecting the interests of the child are considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to form an independent civil law model for regulating surrogacy, taking into account the intersectoral nature of these relations.
