Аннотация на русском языке: В период модернизации современных экономических отношений квинтэссенциальной фигурой в имущественных отношения выступает страховой агент. Функциональная и профессиональная составляющая данной роли зависит от опыта ряда зарубежных стран, где рынок страхования более развит, чем в нашей стране. Поэтому в данной статье рассматривается труд страхового агента через призму синергетической взаимосвязи профессиональных компетенций и внутренних особенностей личности.

The summary in English: During upgrade of the modern economic relations as a kvintessentsialny figure in property the relations the insurance agent acts. The functional and professional component of this role depends on experience of a number of foreign countries where the market of insurance is more developed, than in our country. Therefore in this article work of an insurance agent through a prism of synergy interrelation of professional competences and internal features of the personality is considered.
