Это связано с особенностями регулирования корпоративных отношений, множественностью субъектов, а также спецификой защиты прав участников хозяйственных обществ. В своей работе Б.М. Гонгало «Учение о подсудности» (2020) детально рассматривает ключевые аспекты подсудности, включая проблемы, возникающие при определении подведомственности и подсудности корпоративных споров.

The summary in English: Jurisdiction of corporate disputes is one of the most complex and controversial topics in arbitration proceedings. This is due to the peculiarities of regulating corporate relations, the plurality of subjects, as well as the specifics of protecting the rights of participants in business entities. In his work, B.M. Gongalo "The Doctrine of Jurisdiction" (2020) examines in detail the key aspects of jurisdiction, including problems arising in determining the jurisdiction and competence of corporate disputes.
