Аннотация на русском языке: Цель исследования – рассмотреть проблемы расследования преступлений, связанных с незаконным распространением наркотических средств, сильнодействующих и психотропных веществ посредством информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий в Российской Федерации. Автор статьи, считая интернет-наркобизнес угрозой для безопасности и здоровья нации в целом, определил ключевые задачи, стоящие перед правоохранительными органами для борьбы с преступлениями в сфере IT-технологий.

The summary in English: The purpose of the study is to consider the problems of investigating crimes related to the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs, potent and psychotropic substances through information and telecommunication technologies in the Russian Federation. The author of the article, considering the Internet drug business a threat to the safety and health of the nation as a whole, identified the key tasks facing law enforcement agencies in combating crimes in the field of IT technologies.
