Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена исследованию суда присяжных , выявлению некоторых проблем деятельности суда с участием присяжных заседателей . Автор в статье приводит мнение исследователей , опытных адвокатов к данной проблематике, в связи с тем что подходы судебной системы в деятельности суда присяжных крайне неоднозначны.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the study of the jury trial, identifying some of the problems of the court with the participation of jurors. The author in the article cites the opinion of researchers and experienced lawyers on this issue, due to the fact that the approaches of the judicial system in the jury trial are extremely ambiguous.
