Аннотация на русском языке: В судебной системе власти Российской Федерации на данный момент присутствует ряд негативных аспектов, которые отдаляют её от первоначальных целей отправления справедливого и неотвратимого правосудия, обеспечения законности и т.д. К таким аспектам можно отнести судебную волокиту, недобросовестность судей и работников судейского аппарата и недостаток кадров. В данном исследовании я хочу рассмотреть причины проблем в судебной системе и предложить пути их решения.

The summary in English: Аt the moment, there are a number of negative aspects in the judicial system of the government of the Russian Federation that distance it from the original goals of the administration of fair and inevitable jus- tice, ensuring the rule of law, etc. Such aspects include judicial red tape, dishonesty of judges and employees of the judicial apparatus and lack of personnel. In this study, I want to consider the causes of problems in the judicial system and suggest ways to solve them.
