Аннотация на русском языке: В статье рассмотрены особенности правового режима исключительных прав при формировании имущества юридического лица. В результате автор пришел к выводу, что что договор о создании (учреждении) юридического лица можно рассматривать как самостоятельную договорную форму распоряжения исключительным правом при формировании имущества юридического лица.

The summary in English: The article considers the features of the legal regime of exclusive rights in the formation of the property of a legal entity. As a result, the author came to the conclusion that the agreement on the creation (establishment) of a legal entity can be considered as an independent contractual form of disposal of the exclusive right in the formation of the property of a legal entity.
