Аннотация на русском языке: В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с проблемами правового статуса земельных участков в системе других объектов гражданских прав. В настоящее время земля становится важнейшим из объектов недвижимости, которые находятся в обороте. Любая предпринимательская деятельность связана с землей. Спорные вопросы правового регулирования статуса земельного участка как объекта гражданских прав требуют детального изучения. В таких условиях актуальным направлением является исследование места земельного участка в системе объектов гражданских прав. Объект – правоотношения, связанные со статусом земельного участка как объекта гражданских прав. Предмет – нормы, определяющие гражданско-правовой статус земельного участка. Цель – выявить особенности земельных участков как объектов гражданских прав. Цель написания данной статьи заключается в том, чтобы выявить особенности земельных участков как объектов гражданских прав. Методами исследования являются историко-правовой и нормативно-логический методы исследования. В результате было проведено исследование и выявлены особенности земельных участков как объектов гражданских прав.
