Аннотация на русском языке: В данной научной статье был проведен анализ особенностей и методов управления организацией Западных школ управления ХХ века и выявлены их элементы в управлении строительной компании ИП Рябов Алексей Борисович. Цель данного исследования состоит в том, чтобы на основе изучения Западных школ управления ХХ века, и посвященной им научной литературы, нормативно-правовых документов, практического опыта функционирования системы управления персоналом в строительной компании ИП Рябов Алексей Борисович, определить влияние Западных школ управления ХХ века и разработать рекомендации совершенствования системы управления персонала в современных условиях.

The summary in English: This scientific article analyzes the features and methods of managing the organization of Western management schools of the twentieth century and identifies their elements in the management of the construction company IP Ryabov Alexey Borisovich. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Western management schools of the twentieth century and develop recommendations for improving the personnel management system in modern conditions based on the study of Western management schools of the twentieth century, and scientific literature devoted to them, regulatory documents, practical experience in the functioning of the personnel management system in the construction company IP Ryabov Alexey Borisovich.
