Аннотация на русском языке: Произведен подробный анализ аспектов девелопментской деятельности. Предложен алгоритм принятия решений при разработке стратегии управления портфелем недвижимости. Проанализированы этапы реализации fit-out проекта с точки зрения жизненного цикла инвестиционно-строительного проекта. Рассмотрены основные схемы управления проектами fit-out. Выявлены особенности управления портфелем девелоперских проектов fit-out.

The summary in English: A detailed analysis of the aspects of development activities was made. An algorithm for decision-making in the development of a real estate portfolio management strategy is proposed. The stages of implementation of the fit-out project from the point of view of the life cycle of the investment and construction project are analyzed. The main schemes of fit-out project management are considered. The features of managing the portfolio of fit-out development projects are revealed.
