Аннотация на русском языке: В Российской практике политическая и избирательная культуры очень распространены, но несмотря на это, они все ещё находятся в процессе формирования. Приемы и методы политической манипуляции с каждым днем усовершенствуются, а роль самой политической манипуляции в современном российском обществе возрастает.

The summary in English: political and electoral cultures overspread in the Russian research, however, in spite of this fact, they have still stayed in the forming process. Approaches and methods of political manipulation have developed by the day and the contribution of political manipulation has also increased in the modern Russian society.
