The summary in English: The right to judicial protection is one of the fundamental rights and freedoms of every person in the Russian Federation. It is guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation and includes, among other things, the right to judicial proceedings within a reasonable time, which is implemented by creating procedural conditions by the state for effective and fair consideration of the case, as well as the organization of timely execution of judicial acts.
