Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена исследованию теоретико-правовых аспектов современной избирательной системы Российской Федерации, выявлению основных направлений её эволюции и разработке предложений по оптимизации правовых механизмов реализации выборов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена изменениями в подходе к организации выборов, вызванными процессами цифровизации и повышением роли информационно-коммуникационных технологий.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal aspects of the modern electoral system of the Russian Federation, the identification of the main directions of its evolution, and the development of proposals for optimizing the legal mechanisms for conducting elections. The relevance of the study is due to the changes in the approach to organizing elections caused by the processes of digitalization and the increasing role of information and communication technologies.
