Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена рассмотрению истории становления и развития учреждений научно-технического творчества детей и молодежи. В настоящее время в России разрушена полноценная система НТТМ. Причины и возможные последствия данного положения дел изложены в представленной статье.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the history of formation and development of institutions of scientific and technical creativity of children and youth. At present, a full-fledged scientific and technical creativity system has been destroyed in Russia. The reasons and possible consequences of the provision are set forth in the article submitted.
