Приводится структура государственного долга на региональном уровне, рассматриваются проблемы управления задолженностью субъектов Российской Федерации.

The summary in English: The article considers the essence of the state debt of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, analyzes the dynamics of debt over the past 5 years. There is the structure of government debt at the regional level that deals with the problems of debt management of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
